Description:
This 59-month project will address organizational capacity needs to allow the organization to continue promoting social and systemic change towards gender equality. Organizational capacity will be enhanced through the following activities: organizational financial health and fund development.
Organizational capacity will be heightened by improving the effective results-based management of organizational activities for YWCA Regina. A new Data and Information Coordinator will be hired to oversee and manage the data collection and storage for all YWCA departments.
