Description:
This 42-month project aims to build organizational capacity so that the organization can continue to promote social and systemic change towards gender equality. Organizational capacity will be strengthened through the following activities: human resources management, creating a communications plan, board governance, and developing a funding diversification plan. The expected outcomes of the project are to maintain and strengthen organizational capacity to advance women’s equality.
The supplementary funding will be used to strengthen the organization’s human resources management capacity and ensure data confidentiality.
