Description:
This 10-month project aims to build organizational capacity so that the organization can continue to promote social and systemic change towards gender equality. Organizational capacity will be strengthened through the following activities: implementing the new horizontal management approach, strengthening the organizational structure by adopting employee recruitment and retention strategies, updating the organization’s by-laws and improving its decision-making processes, and finally, strengthening organizational capacity related to Gender-Based Analysis Plus.
