Description:
Through this 22-month project, Labrador West Status of Women Council will build its capacity to advance gender equality. It will address policy development, capacity development, succession planning, and strategic mapping. The project will include the modernization of existing policies, the refining roles and responsibilities within the organizational structure including bylaws and job descriptions, the development of process maps and employee handbooks, and a targeted and formalized communication and marketing strategy.
