To do this, the Black Screen Office will provide anti-racism training to employers, leaders, and institutions in the industry to educate them on the discriminatory impacts of current policies and practices. The organization will conduct focus groups with women and collaborate with employers to develop and implement an anti-Black racism framework and accountability system to conduct policy transformation in the industry.
