Description:
Through this 32-month project, Let Her Talk Society (LHT) will build its capacity to advance gender equality. It will address the need for LHT to have formalized and explicit organizational policies and internal systems, and to allow LHT to compile a handbook with organizational policies and processes, and learnings from capacity-building trainings. The project will include an internal review of policies, external consultations and research, drafting and revision of policies, and training activities. With the Supplemental funds and extension provided in early 2026, Let Her Talk Society will develop a comprehensive 3-year Strategic Plan (2027–2030). This process will include development of strategic priorities, and creation of KPIs. The project will strengthen governance, sustainability, and decision-making capacity. Through this they will further advance Gender Equality.
