The organization will create an advisory table with the City of Hamilton and make recommendations to incorporate a GBA+ lens in the municipal Manufacturing Strategy. They will adapt and add to the “Shiftchange: Gender Equity and Allyship training” (Halifax YWCA) to deliver tailored training to manufacturing and engineering partners in Hamilton and host events to engage and celebrate women in the industry.
