Description:
Through this 18-month project, Cowichan Women Against Violence Society will build its capacity to advance gender equality. It will address the organization's need for a new strategic direction that will creatively support the equity, health, safety and security of its clients. The project will include trauma-informed community consultations which will inform the development of a strategic plan, creation of the draft strategic plan, and review and revision of the plan based on stakeholder feedback. The project will also use data from community consultations to develop strategic goals and objectives.
