Description:

Through this 18-month project, Techsploration will build its capacity to advance gender equality. It will address its ability to deliver and support long-term sustainable programming in Nova Scotia and expansion areas related to women employed in science, engineering, trades, and technology (SETT), leading to greater organizational capacity. The project will include an environmental scan, the development of a 5-year strategic plan and a non-profit business model, the analysis of expanding pilot findings and assessing Techsploration's current resources and capabilities to develop a long-term financial plan and funding diversification options.
