This 45-month project will address organizational capacity needs to allow Luke’s Place Support and Resource Center for Women and Children, enabling them to continue promoting social and systemic change towards gender equality. Organizational capacity will be enhanced through strengthening networks for long-term financial stability, and developing an advocacy strategy, a results-based management model, and a strategic and succession planning.
