Observing CDC sanitary measures + limiting the max # of guests increased the per capita cost. There has not been a full time Chef on staff since Aug. 20 saving funds and dramatically reducing hospitality cost as a result. Hiring catering is presently more cost effective than hiring a full-time Chef.
