Hospitality is provided as a matter of protocol as it is a 4-hour event with participants expected to stay on-site for the duration of the event. Hospitality in the form of light refreshments (for e.g., coffee, tea, pastries, etc.) for one health break (14:20-14:50) is required for event. The hospitality break will cost $12.50 per person, for a total cost of $2,499.93.00 (incl. service charges, admin fees and HST), to accommodate up to 200 participants (~41 DND, and ~159 Non DND).
