The 1325 MPN will seek to take practical steps to further all four pillars of the WPS Agenda, namely prevention of violence against women, participation of women in peace and security decisions, protection of women from violence, and better inclusion of women in post-conflict recovery. The 1325MPN will also place an emphasis on enabling greater participation of uniformed women officers in UN Peacekeeping missions.
