An enterprise‑wide consultation platform has not been established at this time. While consultation activities have occurred and informed understanding of needs, a centralized, formalized, and enterprise‑wide consultation platform has not been implemented

Challenges:

Requirements gathering and lessons learned have been conducted, however, budgetary constraints have halted progress on this commitment. A formal RFP process has yet to be launched.
