- Establish a multi-collaborator forum at the RCMP, made up of people from non-governmental organizations; other government departments; the private sector; academia; and community representatives, including Indigenous people, 2SLBGTQIA+ people and youth to discuss priorities and areas of focus for openness and transparency in the RCMP.

- C01.1.3 - Analyze the feedback received during the consultation period, incorporate it into the final draft of the strategic plan and publish the strategic plan as an open asset (in other words, designed for reuse in future initiatives).

-Following the public consultation conducted in early 2025, feedback was analyzed and categorized to inform updates to the Strategic Plan and support the development of feedback mechanisms, including the We Asked, Your Voice, Our Actions report. The report was subsequently published on the Open Government Portal and summarizes the consultation process, feedback received on the draft Strategic Plan, and the actions that will be taken in response to participants' input. It also identifies opportunities to strengthen the Strategic Plan through greater alignment with stakeholder priorities and recommendations

The Enterprise Transparency Office at the RCMP has undergone significant budgetary constaints over the course of 2025/26, therefore , it has limited its capacity to advance this initiative.
