Library and Archives Canada's (LAC) Proactive Review and Opening of GC Records team is currently developing a prioritization framework to guide the proactive opening and public accessibility of federal archival records. The framework will draw on multiple criteria to ensure resources are directed where they can have the greatest impact, including evolving public interest trends as reflected in LAC’s internal client demand statistics.
