2025-12
Status:
Substantial progress
Evidence of progress:

134 unique documents were released over four document release cycles:
July: 28
August: 26
October: 46
November: 34

Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC)’s Human Capital Management Portfolio and the Treasury Board of Canada Secretariat worked with internal and external partners to ensure that documents were relevant and accessible prior to publication.

The largest release of documents was prior to the Progress Update on HR and Pay event in October to advance trust and transparency. Key documents of interest were highlighted during the progress event and in the post-event newsletter to support ease of use of the Open Government Portal.

Challenges:

Capacity of resources can impact document release cycles, particularly when they overlap with Progress Update on HR and Pay preparation. Extensive layers of review and approval to ensure documents are accessible and relevant can delay publication timelines.
