The author of the revised Index, Paul Aterman, former chair of the Social Security Tribunal, spoke at the National Action Committee’s conference, Advancing People-Centred Justice in Canada: Data Sharing and Knowledge Building, which was held in Ottawa on May 26th-28th, 2026. Paul was one of four panelists for the plenary session entitled “What Would It Take? Towards a National Strategy for Access to Justice Data”.
