The Canada Energy Regulator produces a table showing conditions from projects approved since 2010. This table lists conditions by company and by specific approval number. It also shows the current status of each condition. The conditions dataset is updated daily. This dataset is used in the Conditions on Energy Projects visualization tool on the Canada Energy Regulator website. The source code for the visualization tool is also available.
The aim of this database is to record past military operations that the Canadian Forces have participated in around the world since 1945. Over 400 international operations have been identified so far, but the historical research required for each has not yet been completed. Substantive entries have been prepared for on-going operations; new operations will be added to the list as required.
A lobbying registration is required when a paid individual communicates with federal public office holders in respect of certain subject matter, either on behalf of their employer or a client. Monthly communication reports disclose prescribed details regarding "oral and arranged" communications between lobbyists and Designated Public Office Holders (DPOH). This dataset contains all monthly communication reports filed with the Office of the Commissioner of Lobbying. These monthly communication reports were disclosed by registrants under the Lobbying Act, which came into force on July 2, 2008. The following report is based on Compliance Verification Activities (CVAs) conducted by NEB Staff, including Inspection Officers. NEB Staff conduct a variety of CVAs, including Inspections, Audits, Compliance Meetings, Emergency Response Exercise Evaluations, and document reviews. The report includes multiple data points relating to the CVA, including but not limited to, the type, date, company and location of the CVA. The report also includes data regarding observations made and any compliance tools used.
Motion-detection cameras are a cost-effective and non-invasive tool used in Banff National Park for sampling mammal populations and estimating species occurrence. Occupancy modelling, which uses detection/non-detection data from cameras, provides a useful and flexible framework for population trend analyses. Data are collected throughout the year across Banff National Park to determine change in the distribution of key animal populations as well as supporting demographic predictions to better inform management.
The Targeted Investments in Indigenous Community Infrastructure dataset depicts infrastructure projects across Canada that are funded through Indigenous Services Canada (ISC). It contains data related to project category, description, status and beneficiary.
