Maintenance
We are performing scheduled maintenance from 8:00am to 12:00pm, Monday, December 4th, Eastern time.Legacy data centres are older facilities that serve individual departments or a cluster of departments. This dataset contains data on Legacy data centres and includes metrics such as the cumulative number of data centres closed, the number of data centres planned for closure and the square footage of the data centres.
The Geological Atlas of the Western Canada Sedimentary Basin was designed primarily as a reference volume documenting the subsurface geology of the Western Canada Sedimentary Basin. This GIS dataset is one of a collection of shapefiles representing part of Chapter 8 of the Atlas, Middle Cambrian to Lower Ordovician Strata of the Western Canada Sedimentary Basin, Figure 20, Middle Cambrian Isopach and Lithofacies. Shapefiles were produced from archived digital files created by the Alberta Geological Survey in the mid-1990s, and edited in 2005-06 to correct, attribute and consolidate the data into single files by feature type and by figure.
The Geological Atlas of the Western Canada Sedimentary Basin was designed primarily as a reference volume documenting the subsurface geology of the Western Canada Sedimentary Basin. This GIS dataset is one of a collection of shapefiles representing part of Chapter 10 of the Atlas, Devonian Elk Point Group of the Western Canada Sedimentary Basin, Figure 7, Distribution of Lower Givetian Strata. Shapefiles were produced from archived digital files created by the Alberta Geological Survey in the mid-1990s, and edited in 2005-06 to correct, attribute and consolidate the data into single files by feature type and by figure.
This data set comprises all of the current feature classes in the Alberta Provincial Electoral Divisions profiles. This data is derived from the 2021 Census of Canada.
This data set is a GIS version of the surficial geology point features for the Waterways area Alberta (NTS74D), as mapped at 1:250,000 scale by L.A.Bayrock.
All available bathymetry and related information for Reita Lake were collected and hard copy maps digitized where necessary. The data were validated against more recent data (Shuttle Radar Topography Mission 'SRTM' imagery and Indian Remote Sensing 'IRS' imagery) and corrected where necessary. The published data set contains the lake bathymetry formatted as an Arc ascii grid. Bathymetric contours and the boundary polygon are available as shapefiles.
This Open Data Record is comprised of datasets that document human-wildlife coexistence incidents and response actions by Parks Canada Agency from 2010 to 2022.
A human-wildlife coexistence (HWC) “incident” is any potential conflict situation between people and wildlife that was assigned to Parks Canada staff to manage to help ensure the safety and wellbeing of people and wildlife. The vast majority of HWC incidents are minor and staff are able to manage them safely with low risk to people, however, a small subset of the dataset is comprised of more hazardous incidents between people and wildlife that can potentially result …
The Geological Atlas of the Western Canada Sedimentary Basin was designed primarily as a reference volume documenting the subsurface geology of the Western Canada Sedimentary Basin. This GIS dataset is one of a collection of shapefiles representing part of Chapter 31 of the Atlas, Petroleum Generation and Migration in the Western Canada Sedimentary Basin, Figure 11, Devonian Petroleum System.
This GIS dataset is one of a collection of shapefiles representing part of Chapter 12 of the Atlas, Devonian Woodbend-Winterburn Strata of the Western Canada Sedimentary Basin, Figure 22c, Upper Leduc Lithofacies/Paleogeography.
This GIS dataset is one of a collection of shapefiles representing part of Chapter 13 of the Atlas, Devonian Wabamun Group of the Western Canada Sedimentary Basin, Figure 4a, Wabamun Lithology Fine Clastics. Shapefiles were produced from archived digital files created by the Alberta Geological Survey in the mid-1990s, and edited in 2005-06 to correct, attribute and consolidate the data into single files by feature type and by figure.
