Spatially identified and mapped legal objective polygons as determined from Strategic Land and Resource Planning (SLRP) processes in the province of British Columbia. Legal objectives can encompass objectives developed and grandfathered under now repealed Forest Practices Code legislation (including Higher level Plans), as well as new and existing objectives developed through the Land Use Objectives Regulation and the Land Act to support FRPA implementation. This is a spatial layer that reflects operational activities for cutblocks contained within harvesting authorities. The Forest Tenures Section (FTS) is responsible for the creation and maintenance of digital Forest Atlas files for the province of British Columbia encompassing Forest and Range Act Tenures. It also supports the forest resources programs delivered by MoFR.
