The following report summarizes Non-Compliances Observed during NEB Compliance Verification Activities (CVAs) conducted by NEB staff, including Inspection Officers.

The following report is based on Compliance Verification Activities (CVAs) conducted by NEB Staff, including Inspection Officers. NEB Staff conduct a variety of CVAs, including Inspections, Audits, Compliance Meetings, Emergency Response Exercise Evaluations, and document reviews. The report includes multiple data points relating to the CVA, including but not limited to, the type, date, company and location of the CVA. The report also includes data regarding observations made and any compliance tools used.
