Far Ultraviolet Spectroscopic Explorer (FUSE) was a NASA space telescope, led by Johns Hopkins University (JHU), and built in collaboration with the Canadian and French space agencies. It undertook high-resolution spectroscopic observations in the far-ultraviolet from 1999 to 2007, significantly exceeding its originally planned 3-year lifetime.
The data is also published by the Canadian Astronomy Data Center (CADC) (http://www.cadc-ccda.hia-iha.nrc-cnrc.gc.ca/en/).

​A targeted survey tested 162 samples of powdered infant cereal for Enterobacteriaceae and 199 samples of children's breakfast cereals for Salmonella species, Enterobacteriaceae and Aerobic Colony Count. 96.9% of the powdered infant cereal and 97.5% of children's breakfast cereal samples were assessed as satisfactory. When necessary, the CFIA conducted appropriate follow-up activities. No product recalls were required.

​​In response to pork-associated O157 Shiga Toxin Producing Escherichia coli (STEC) outbreaks in Canada, the Canadian Food Inspection Agency investigated the occurrence of STEC in Canadian retail raw ground pork during the period of 1 November 2014 to 31 March 2016. O157 STEC and non-O157 STEC strains were isolated from 1 (0.11%) of 879 and 13 (2.24%) of 580 pork samples, respectively.
