Regulated companies are required by the Damage Prevention Regulations (DPRs) to immediately report all contraventions of the DPRs (e.g. failure to obtain consent, failure to comply with conditions of consent, failure to make a locate request). This dataset contains a list of Notification of Contamination (NOC) submissions and the most recent annual update information (if applicable). Regulated companies are required to report contamination to the CER through the online submission of a NOC when Contamination is identified or encountered during any phase of the Facility’s lifecycle, and the presence of Contamination is confirmed through analytical sampling, or when Contamination resulting from an Incident cannot be remediated within 12 weeks of the Incident being reported to the CER.
