Suggested Response:
Healthy and safe personnel are critical to protecting the readiness of the Canadian Armed Forces and its ability to conduct operations at home and abroad.
That is why, the Canadian Armed Forces are required to get a range of vaccines, including the COVID-19 vaccine, to protect members while deployed.
These measures have enabled the Canadian Armed Forces to continue its operations, including providing assistance to the Whole of Government response to the COVID-19 pandemic.
We will continue to consider the role of COVID-19 vaccination requirements as a preventative health measure as the situation evolves.
The Canadian Armed Forces will continue prioritizing the health and safety of its members to maintain operational readiness.
