Suggested Response:

Our government has been and will continue to be there for Canadian artists, creators and audiences. We invested in their recovery and will continue to provide targeted support to those who need it most for their growth and competitiveness.

Background:

Over the past three years, the Government has provided historic levels of supplemental support, first to sustain the arts, culture and heritage sectors through the closures and most severe impacts of the pandemic, and subsequently to position them for long-term competitiveness and growth as recovery continues.
