The Sr. Director of Real Property and Accommodations approached classification in order to review the Tenant
Services work stream for the supervisor JDs, this included the AS-05 Manager, Tenant Services and the AS03, Sr. Coordinator, Tenant Services. Due to the increased of FTEs in SSC, and in addition to the number of
buildings and floors that SSC began to occupy throughout Canada.
The responsibilities increased for the manager role, which include:
Responsible for the design and implementation of the new Office Furniture Loan Program ; This new program
was designed and implemented to support employees working from home
Responsible for the Multi Function Devices Program ; 230 printers located in various SSC buildings across
Canada
Responsible for an annual budget of $1.3M ; Required to manage all requests from tenants across Canada
Manages an organization of 26 positions ; Need more resources to provide additional services to space
occupants
Responsible for the design and implementation of the new Co-Pros program across all SSC co-working sites ;
The unassigned space model requires additional support from Accommodation including health and safety as
well as evacuation responsibilities
Mail services and Purolator Account for SSC ; New services added to the position.
