Suggested Dataset: Vaping Liquids Containing Nicotine

The short answer here is that this dataset does not yet exist. It might exist in the future, given the imminent implementation of the VPRR.

Any other sources of data that TCD has been using, like Nielsen and EMI, offer partial answers to the questions but are inappropriate for full public release. Nielsen data of course is licenced and it is not ours to release, plus it groups several provinces into regions. And EMI has only estimated e-liquid volumes by province in a single report (2021), although the new version in the field this year will update those estimates for 2022 and 2023. Once that report is complete, we might consider finding a way to make these EMI reports more public than they are at present.
