Suggested Dataset: Final Sale Price of Homes in Canada

It would be extremely helpful to access the sold price of homes that is only available only to agents/brokers via RESTFUL API. MPAC has this information but they are not co-operative. There are about 25-50% that sell privately according to some statistics but I’m not really sure. MLS does not have statistics for private sales or sold prices of new homes which is about 30% of all sales. I know that there are web sites that show Sold prices but only for homes that sold via MLS and it takes time to get this information.
