Suggested Dataset: List of Departments & agencies within the federal government / Registry of Applied Titles

Although http://canada.ca/en/gov/dept/index.html provides the list, however, there is no export formats like CSV, JSON, or XML for computer processing. The fields in which I am interested are bilingual names (English and French), hierarchy if it has a parent/child relationship with other departments/agencies, short description, etc.
