Suggested Dataset: Physical Map I UAV I 400ft Ceiling

I am a UAV Student, Researcher looking for Visual Navigation Charts ( VNC ) for VFR operations of UAV for commercial operations. I am unable to find any maps or datasets designed for UAV operators except the Aerodrome Shapefiles datasets. I already checked up with NAV Canada and a Commercial Pilot, my instructor but unable to find. Please advise
