Suggested Dataset: Processing time to Open PR Applications submitted by Paper and submitted online

The processing time for IRCC to open (issue an Acknowledgement of Receipt letter) for permanent resident applications submitted by paper and the process time for IRCC to open permanent resident applications submitted via the new IRCC Online Portals (PR Portal and PR Rep Portal). Ideally the data set would be further divided by immigration stream (spousal, provincial nominee program, etc).
