Suggested Dataset: Global Case Management System

All of the data in the system, except for personally identifiable information for those who have NOT: BOTH applied for leave and judicial review of the decision in federal court AND submitted an application record for the application for leave and judicial review.  Personally identifiable information for those who have both applied to the federal court for leave and judicial review of a decision and submitted an application record for the application for leave and judicial review is already in the public record - therefore their information in the GCMS should be released. For others, the data without personally identifiable information should be released.
