Suggested Dataset: Weather Winners

Every 10 years, ECCC ranks the major metropolitan centers in Canada on various weather metrics.  eg which is warmest/coldest/rainiest/driest/etc... The 2000 data used to be available on the ECCC web site, but has since disappeared.  The 2010 data seems to have been computed, but not yet made available.  (see email chain below) I am using the 2000 data for https://www.weatherstats.ca/winners.html.  I would like the updated 2010 data. ( and 2020 data in the future)
