Purpose:
The President travelled to Salzburg, Austria on May 21-23 to attend as speaker the 2025 Retreat titled ‘Public Strategy in Transition’ organized by Salzburg Global “Public Sector Strategy Network'' in colaboration with Office of Development Affairs of the UAE . This session focused on Digital Public Infrastructure and examined how governments can adapt to rapid changes in global governance, technology, climate action, and societal expectations. The retreat delved into how public institutions must evolve to meet emerging challenges and foster resilience in a fastchanging world. Adhering to the Chatham House Rule to ensure privacy and free exchange, the retreat engaged participants in both plenary sessions and intimate breakout groups, diving deep into pressing issues like technological disruptions, demographic shifts, and evolving public expectations.
