Purpose:
To accompany the Minister during travel to Paris for bilateral Francophonie meetings with Minister Yamina Benguigui, French Minister for La Francophonie, a meeting with Ambassador Philippe Beaulne, Sherpa for La Francophonie, meetings with Ambassador Lawrence Cannon, during the Women's Francophonie Forum, a recpetion hosted by Presient Hollande, a meeting with Bernard Cerquiglini, Recteur of the University Agency for La Francophonie. To accompany the Minister to Nantes for the opening ceremonies and inaugural session of the France-Acadie meetings, the closing ceremony of the France-Acadie meetings with Abdou Diouf, Secretary General for La Francophonie and a dinner meeting with the Mayor of Nantes, Patrick Rimbert.
