Attended the DIA’s semi-annual Operations Orientation Program which gathers Washington-based foreign Defence, Intelligence and Defence Cooperation Attachés, as well as Defence Attaché Association Executive members and exposes them to a broad variety of the US Department of Defense’s (DoD) leadership, infrastructure, organization and capabilities. Equivalent of DFL tours.
