No cheaper hotel options were available in the immediate vicinity. Special rate of USD 339 was offered to attendees of SAP Select. While this was more expensive than the city rate (USD 204), it had the advantage that it was next to the conference hotel (the Ritz Carlton) and therefore there were no local transportation costs.
