Purpose:
To attend the International Oil Pollution Compensation Funds (IOPC) meetings between April 15 and 29, 2015. The first meeting, April 17, 2015, was convened by the IMO of 1971 Fund member states to approve the final accounts of the 1971 Fund which ceased to exist as of December 31, 2014. To speak at the seminar of the history of the 1971 Fund, following the meeting. To attend the spring meetings of the governing bodies of the IOPC Funds as a member of the Canadian delegation, in the week of April 20, 2015.
