Montreal: conducted media interviews; breakfast meeting with the Young Leaders of Montreal; editorial board with La Presse; roundtable with Coptic Christian community in Montreal. Meeting with George Sabra, President of the Syrian National Council, and post-meeting live press conference. Quebec City: made government announcement, conducted media interviews. Editorial board meeting with Le Soleil. Economic roundtable with Quebec City business leaders. Meeting with Mayor of Quebec City, Regis Labeaume.
