Traveled to Tromsø, Norway to attend the 2014 Arctic Frontiers Conference and deliver a keynote address to promote Canada’s Arctic Council Chairmanship initiatives and to demonstrate Canada’s leadership and strong level of engagement on Arctic issues. Also met with the staff of the arctic Council Secretariat based in Tromsø as well as to hold an informal Senior Arctic Officials meeting.
