Purpose:
HOM Yaffe traveled to Ottawa at the invitation of MINAs office to attend a NAFTA council meeting which PM Trudeau attended as well. HOM Yaffe was already in territory doing outreach in Albany, NY when the request was sent. Upon finishing her first day prohram in Albany, HOM was driven by Driver Ramos to Ottawa. HOM was scheduled to flew back on May 30th to return to NYC as she was hosting a VIP cultural event but her flight was canceled due to weather in NYC. HOM Yaffe was rerouted to Toronto that evening and flew back to NYC the following morning.
