Purpose:
This meeting is part of the Special Envoy's mandate, since 2017.
This meeting will facilitate coherence and coordination between Headquarters and Missions, of canadian interests and strategies in Europe. It will also be an occasion to ensure policy and program alignment, entering the new fiscal period.
Participants will:
1) Engage in strategic discussions on key developments in Europe and explore Canadian points of entry;
2)Share and refine strategies of diplomatic engagement;
3)Identify forward leaning advocacy interests and tactics.
