Purpose:
The purpose of this travel was to gain firsthand insight into projects currently underway. The visit first and most importantly included meetings with the firm responsible for the contracted works that was just awarded, as well as discussions with embassy employees, managers, and the CSDP. These engagements enhanced oversight of project delivery and help assess operational and resource impacts in the context of the CER. The visit also supported coordination efforts, facilitated risk identification, and enabled more informed decision-making related to service and project delivery.
