RAdm Kurtz was to travel, however, due to unforeseen circumstances, travel was delayed, then cancelled. The claim has not yet been submitted, as we are awaiting the total being charged to the TAN. We have received partial refund From HRG, which has been posted to DRMIS, and one portion of the trip is currently being vetted for refundability, which can take two billing cycles or up to 60 days. Charges from HRG are shown - less credit received to date. Balance to be disclosed when posted.
