General Vance, CDS, has been invited to Riga, Latvia 14-16 September 2016, where Canada is the Framework Nation in Latvia and Gen Vance will lead the multinational NATO Enhanced Forward Presence battalian. He has been also invited to Chiefs of Defence Conference in Berlin, Germany, and invited to a multinational NATO exercise in Split, Croatia.
