To accompany and provide logistical, regional and operations Support to Minister Champagne as he travelled to Saint-Jean-Sur-Richelieu, Pike River and Montreal where he announced funding for the extension of Highway 35 from Saint Sébastien to Saint-Armand, funding under the disaster mitigation and adaptation fund program for Montréal, gave keynote speeches at the Chambre de Commerce et de l’Industrie du Haut-Richelieu and at the Conférence de Montréal, met with Montreal Mayor Valérie Laplante as well as with local stakeholders, counterparts and media.
