Case Description:
Apparent and/or Real Conflict of Interest in Staffing Activities.
It was alleged a Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC) employee was involved in the hiring of a personal friend's child as a casual employee at PWGSC. The investigation determined that proper administrative procedures were not followed and the employee was found to be in an apparent conflict of interest
