Case Description:

A disclosure received under the Public Servants Disclosure Protection Act (PSDPA) involved allegations that two employees were improperly using government equipment to arrange for the purchases and pick-ups of illegal substances during work hours. The organization immediately took action and promptly launched an investigation. The investigation revealed that the two employees were in fact using government time and email to arrange for the purchase and pick up of illegal substances during work hours.

Recommendations and Corrective Measures:

The investigation recommended that disciplinary measures be taken. The recommended corrective measures have been taken.
